ENTERING RODEOS - Details & Requirements
Rodeo Sports Network is the Central Entry System for all SRA first-sanctioned rodeos.
Contestants are listed on DAYSHEETS after books close on the Rodeo Sports Network website.
See individual rodeo listings for date and times that books will be open for entry by phone.
ONLINE ENTRY is available at www.rodeosportsnetwork.com as an alternative to phone entry.
Contact Rodeo Sports Network for log-in credentials at www.rodeosportsnetwork.com
You must be a current member to use the online entry.
ALL FINES AND TURN-OUT FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE ENTERING A RODEO
MEMBERSHIPS must be purchased prior to competing in the rodeo in order for points to count. Please be aware that SRA memberships are not always available for purchase at rodeos that are listed with the SRA as the second-sanctioning association. See the MEMBERSHIP page for more information about purchasing membership.
Youth Cards are accepted for rodeo entry. You will be required to show proof of current membership to the rodeo secretary when paying fees in order for the permit/local fee to be waived.

MINOR RELEASE FORM must be completed and notarized for all non-member contestants under the age of 18 for each rodeo that is listed as an SRA rodeo or SRA first-sanctioned rodeo. The form must be given to the rodeo secretary when paying fees in order to be allowed to compete.

TURNOUTS
Important Information Regarding Rodeo Turn-outs (refer to rulebook for additional Info)
The SRA no longer accepts medical or vet releases. Contestants will be allowed up to three turnouts per rodeo season and not be liable for fees for those turnouts. Contestants will still need to notify that they are turning out.
Contestants will be able to notify turn-outs three (3) hours or more prior to the start of rodeo performance by calling Rodeo Sports Network at 337-304-1840 to avoid paying a $25 turn-out fine for SRA sanctioned rodeos and IPRA co-sanctioned rodeos. If you are unable to reach someone at that number or for other co-sanctioned rodeos, please email the SRA office at sraoffice@aol.com
Contestants are responsible for contacting the SRA office to inquire about the amount due for fees/turn-out fines and will be placed on the suspended list if payment of fees/fines. Also, points will not count for any rodeo that contestant competes in after such infraction if fees/fines are not paid or releases received within that time.
